Why we're building this
Estate agency has always been a people business, and it should stay one. But somewhere along the way agents ended up spending most of their day on work that isn't people business at all — retyping the same details, chasing the same chases, writing the same update for the fortieth time, apologising for a delay caused by somebody else's inbox.
Meanwhile the moments that actually make money — being first to the buyer, being straight with the vendor, spotting that the person viewing your listing has a house of their own to sell — get squeezed into whatever time is left.
Al exists to take the first category away completely, so your people can spend all their time on the second. Not to replace the negotiator. To give them back the hours that made them good at the job in the first place.
We only build what we'd use
Every feature is tested in a working agency, on real stock and real buyers, before any customer sees it.
We say what's built and what isn't
You'll never be sold a roadmap slide as a live feature. If it's coming, we'll tell you when.
We publish our pricing
You should be able to work out whether we're worth it without booking a call.
We take the regulation seriously
An AI that speaks to your clients has to be safe by design, not by policy. That's the whole product.
Honest about the stage we're at
We'd rather tell you exactly where the product stands than dress it up.
Sales progression — the engine that takes an agreed sale to completion, chasing every party and evidencing every milestone. Proven end-to-end.
The front desk — Al answering enquiries, qualifying buyers, booking viewings, chasing feedback and relaying offers.
Live portal and diary connections, running on real branches with real buyers.
The market intelligence layer — listing events, opportunity dossiers and the morning brief.
Come and pull it apart
Bring your hardest questions and your most awkward property. We'll show you what Al does with both.
