Prices exclude VAT. Fair-use applies to AI conversation volume — we'll tell you long before it ever matters, and we don't charge overage without agreeing it with you first.
Questions worth asking
Why do you publish your prices when nobody else does?
Because hiding them wastes everyone's time. You should be able to work out whether this is worth it before you sit through a sales call. Our pricing is per branch, not per user, so it doesn't punish you for growing your team.
Do we have to change our CRM?
No. Agent Legend sits alongside the case-management system you already run. There is no migration, no data lift and no retraining your team on a new CRM. If it turns out we can't integrate with your system yet, we'll tell you before you pay us anything.
What happens in the first month?
We connect Al to your listings and channels, load your verified property facts, and run in shadow mode — Al drafts, your team approves — until you're comfortable. Most branches turn on out-of-hours autonomy within the first fortnight.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding, configuration and training are included. There is no charge to migrate in and no charge to leave.
What's the contract?
Rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, or 12 months with two months free. We'd rather earn it every month.
Does Al replace our negotiators?
No — it removes the administrative load that stops them selling. Viewings, valuations, negotiation and relationships stay human. Al handles the repetitive, time-critical work in between, and hands anything sensitive straight to a person with full context.
What about multiple branches?
Each branch is priced separately and its data is isolated from every other branch and every other agency. Group-level reporting is included on Legend.
Who owns the data?
You do. It's yours, it stays in the UK, and you can export it at any time. We never train shared models on your agency's data.
