Will it fit how we work?
What is Agent Legend, in one line?
An AI team-mate for your branch. It answers every enquiry in seconds, books the viewing, chases the feedback, follows the sale through to completion and keeps your lettings paperwork in order. It always says it is your agency's AI assistant, and a person can take over at any point.
Do we have to change our CRM?
No. Agent Legend sits alongside the case-management system you already run. There is no migration, no data lift and no retraining your team on a new system.
Does it work with Alto?
We have built the Alto link and it is waiting for Alto's approval. We do not control that, so we will not promise a date. In the meantime nothing stops you using Agent Legend: portal enquiries come in by forwarding them to your own Agent Legend address, your website listings are read automatically, and everything else can be loaded from a spreadsheet.
What about Street, Reapit, Jupix and the others?
The same applies. A direct link to each of those needs the company to give us access, which we are asking for. Today the portal forwarding, the website feed and the spreadsheet route work with any CRM. If we cannot connect to your system yet, we will tell you before you pay us anything.
Which portals does it read?
Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. You set up one forwarding rule in your own mailbox so each enquiry reaches us, and we do not scrape the portals. Your own website enquiries, email and WhatsApp are covered too. WhatsApp needs your branch's own WhatsApp Business number, which Meta has to verify, and we set that up with you.
How long does it take to get going?
Most branches are live within days. For the first weeks AL drafts and your team approves, until you are happy for it to answer on its own. Most branches switch on out-of-hours replies within the first fortnight.
Does it replace our negotiators?
No. It takes away the admin that stops them selling. Viewings, valuations, negotiating and relationships stay with your people. Anything sensitive goes straight to a person with the whole conversation attached.
Can we trust what it says?
Will it say something wrong about a property?
It is built not to. AL answers only from facts your branch has verified. If it does not know, it says "I'll find out" and puts a task on your team's list. It does not guess tenure, leases, flood risk or anything else.
Does it pretend to be a person?
Never. It says it is the agency's AI assistant, on every channel, including the chat box on your website.
Can we stay in control?
Yes. You set, switch by switch, what AL does by itself and where a person steps in: replying, offers, viewings, owner notices, follow-ups and more. A pilot starts with AL drafting and your staff approving. Every channel follows the same switches.
What happens when a buyer makes an offer?
Every offer is captured word for word, whatever AL thinks of the buyer. AL emails it to the seller straight away, exactly as stated, and tells the buyer it has. If there is no email for the seller on file, or the branch has switched owner emails off, AL tells the buyer the branch will pass it on, and the branch gets an urgent task to put it to the seller that day. A branch that would rather a person takes every offer can say so in Settings: AL then tells the buyer a colleague will call. Passing every offer on promptly and in writing is a legal duty for estate agents.
Can a buyer find out about other offers by saying they are the owner?
No. AL shows where the offers stand only in an email to the owner's own address on file. Asked on the phone, in the chat box, by text or from any other email address, it says nothing about the offers there and emails the owner instead, so a name alone never opens the offer book.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In the UK. Every agency is a separate tenant, and the database itself refuses to show one agency another's rows, even if our own code had a fault. You stay the data controller and we sign a data processing agreement. We never train shared AI models on your data, and you can export it any time. The outside providers we use are named publicly on the subprocessors page.
Do you hold Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001?
Not yet, and we say so plainly. Certification and an independent security test are on our roadmap. What we can show you today is how the product is built, on the security page.
The website chat box and valuations
Can AL answer enquiries on our own website?
Yes. You switch it on in Settings and paste one line into your site. A small chat button appears. Visitors ask about your properties and AL answers from your listings, the same way it does on the portals. They give a name and an email address or phone number first, so your branch always has someone to follow up.
Does the chat box say it is an AI?
Yes, at the top of the box, before anyone types a word.
How do valuation requests work?
A visitor gives their name, how to reach them and the address. It lands on your task list and your call-back list, and your branch gets an email straight away. AL does not give a price. A valuation is a visit by one of your people.
Can AL book the valuation visit?
Yes, when the request arrives by email: from a portal, your website's own form, or a homeowner answering one of your letters. Tick Valuations for whoever does them in Settings, and AL offers the homeowner three real free times from that person's diary: an hour at the home, with half an hour's travel either side, inside your opening hours. They reply with the time that suits, AL reserves it, and your branch confirms it in one tap or by text. Nothing is booked until a person confirms it. The chat box on your website does not offer times yet: those requests come to your team to ring.
Will it ring or text people who fill in the box?
No. Anyone can type any number into a form, so nothing is rung or texted automatically from the website. Your team decides who to call. Details typed into the box are marked as unchecked in your alert.
Will it work on any website?
It works on any site where you can add a line of code. It runs inside its own little box, so your site's styling cannot break it. If you can't add code yourself, whoever looks after your site can do it in a minute.
Can we turn it off?
Yes, in one click in Settings. The old line on your website stops working at once.
Client onboarding
What is client onboarding?
You send a new seller, landlord or buyer one link. They fill in their details, answer your compliance questions and agree your terms of business by typing their name. You then record which identity documents you have seen at the branch. It is an optional add-on.
Does it check ID?
Not electronically. Today your team looks at the documents and records what they saw. Nothing on screen says a client is "verified" unless one of your people recorded it. Connecting an electronic ID provider is a later step and we will say so when it is done.
Whose terms do clients agree to?
Yours. You write them, we show them exactly as written, and the client agrees by typing their name. We do not supply or check any legal wording.
What if someone says they are politically exposed?
A "yes" is never treated as ready. It creates an urgent task for your team to look at properly.
Lettings and landlords
What does it do for lettings?
It keeps the compliance record for every let (gas, electrical, EPC, deposit and more), tracks the Renters' Rights Act clocks such as rent rises and pet requests, triages tenant repair reports around the clock, and gives each landlord their own live page and one-tap approval for repairs. Where something is not on file, it says "not recorded". It never invents a certificate.
What if a tenant reports an emergency at 3am?
A gas smell, fire or similar is never left to the AI. The tenant is given the emergency number first, and a real person on your on-call list is paged by text, then by phone.
Price and contract
How much does it cost?
£499 per branch per month. That includes every module, CallCatcher, SalesChaser, SalesRelay, lettings and five user seats. No tiers and no setup fee. Extra seats are £29 each a month, and the lettings Inventories module is £49 a branch a month.
What does the client onboarding add-on cost?
It is optional and its price is not published yet. We confirm it with you before you switch it on, and nothing is billed without you switching it on.
What is the contract?
Rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, or 12 months with two months free. There is no charge to leave.
Who owns the data if we leave?
You do. You can export it, and we do not keep using it.
Still not sure?
Seven minutes, one property, enquiry to completion. Or just ask us your question.
